Excavations
Widely experienced in all aspects of excavation & earthworks. Including site strips, removing vegetation, grading, trench foundations, piled foundations, trench works for drainage, soak away excavations and loading muck away. Take a look at our recent excavation and earthwork projects.
Drainage
Whether its a foul or storm new system, alterations to existing drainage systems to commercial or domestic properties we have experience in ascertaining th correct works for your needs. DRG also have experience in maintaining water management on our current building sites, installing temporary water management systems near rivers, pumping existing water from excavations. Installing soakaways, attenuation tanks and eco systems as more permanent water management solutions. Working with the countries leading drainage suppliers to install UPVC, clay, concrete drainage, chambers, pumps and tanks.
Roadworks, 278 works and licences
Qualified with our street works operatives and experienced licence team. We have proudly carried out a number of 278 works, S50's and TRO agreements. Assisting our clients and developers with new road openings, pedestrian crossings, drainage connections in the highways and alterations to lining works. Our team are happy to liaise directly with councils and highways to ensure the correct traffic management, licences and permits are in place to allow works to commence in line with guidelines.
Utilities
Working alongside various utility companies to insure they can provide services to commercial and domestic buildings. DRG have the understanding to obtain survey's from utility companies to insure that our works around potential services are carried out safely. Liaising effectively with a range of utility companies including southern water, BT, UKPN, SGN, british gas and virgin.
Concreting
Dealing with a wide range of concreting works including, foundations, slabs, walls, basements, ramps, swimming pools and external works. Working with a range of suppliers to ensure that BSN specifications for the project are met. We have experience in water proof concrete, reinforced concrete and standard concreting mixes.
Demolition works & site strip
Carrying out demolition works by hand or with our machines to existing structures including disposal of materials to allow new works to be carried out. Site strips to ensure levels to FFL are correct.
External works
Finishing projects with all aspects of external works including hard landscaping, exposed aggregates, block paving and turf. Although most of our works are underground we specialise in providing the externals works to projects such as; retaining walls, block paving, paving slabs and turf.
