NORTH HAMPSHIRE PROJECT
Replacement Dwelling
Introduction
The nature of this project comprised of a replacement dwelling and cottage following the demolition of the existing dwelling.
Scope of Works
- Installation of a contiguous piled wall and bearing piles
- Excavation of sub structures including basement at 3Mtrs deep
- Control of Groundwater during basement excavation
- Temporary work coordination and supervision
- Installation of water proof concrete capping beam in basement cottage & main dwelling ground floor
- Foul and surface water associated drainage
- Installation of waterproof concrete RC Wall, sump and RC Slab
- Block work, block and beam floor, floor planks upto DPC
- Concrete sampling and testing

Berkshire Project
prestigious car manufacturer
Introduction
The client for this project is a well know prestigious car manufacturer in Berkshire. This project was essentially for an extension with works included inside the existing building.
Scope of Works
- Ground beams and Pile caps
- Re-enforced ground floor slab with holding down bolts
- Foul and surface water associated drainage including two no bypass separators and 600mm diameterstructured twin wall pipe work
- MOT bay comprising of ground floor slab with holding down bolts and recesses formed for garage
- equipment
- Installation of vehicle cassettes and other associated garage equipment, installed to strict tolerances of 2/3mm above finished floor level
- External works including tarmacadam, ACO drainage, block paving
- Erection of lighting columns and CCTV masts with associated ducting
- Concrete sampling and testing

HISTORIC wall retainment
Introduction
Working under instructions of our contractor and Southampton city council works were undertaken to retain historic walls in Southampton. 5 concrete sections were formed for re tainment, situated app 2m below ground level.
