After undertaking an apprenticeship in bricklaying as a young teenager and then gaining valuable experience working for his dad as a consultant, Duke formed Duke readings Groundwork's in 2007. Undertaking works on his own in the early stages of the company with the help of Steve his dad & later followed by Mike George our contracts manager.
From forming in 2007 the DRG team has grown over the last 16 years. Starting with a small team undertaking smaller projects. DRG now proudly employ 5 members of staff who work in the office and on site, between 5-7 sub contracted gangs working across our sites and a fleet of 9 vehicles. We are continuing to expand and develop as a company creating a strong workforce to complete our projects.
